What to expect
Keeping your organisation current and compliant with employment and Health & Safety law doesn’t have to be a burden, thanks to our comprehensive 12-month plan.
Starting with an on-site assessment and following a compliance survey which you can conveniently complete online, we can identify areas of risk exposure within your business. We will determine whether your HR policies are up to date and even provide free updates in accordance with new legislation for the first 12 months. An initial assessment of your employee handbook is also included. The service provides support for your internal administrator, although we can offer administrative support as an optional extension to your plan.
We understand that while companies ideally strive for best practice, the day-to-day realities of business sometimes get in the way.
