Who we are

Taylor HR Solutions was founded in 2007 to deliver HR expertise to growing businesses, smaller corporates and the UK subsidiaries of overseas organisations. We’re headquartered near Guildford, Surrey, and principally serve clients in London and the South East.

We’re an agile team of qualified, experienced HR professionals with senior-level backgrounds in organisations of all sizes, across diverse industries, including IT, telecoms, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, travel and business services.

This depth and breadth of experience means there are few employee issues we haven’t encountered between us, so you can expect pragmatic and reliable advice.

Additionally, our international exposure across mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and the US means we understand the complexities of working across different cultures and legislative requirements, and can support your overseas operations.

What we do

We help you delegate some or all of the day-to-day aspects of managing your workforce by bringing industry best practices to the smaller corporate environment.

We make specialist HR expertise available and affordable to enable you to lay the best possible foundations for sustainable, manageable growth.

We can provide objective external support when it comes to handling sensitive matters such as letting staff go or resolving disputes.

We are, first and foremost, a people business but apply technology intelligently to streamline and automate the labour-intensive aspects of administering a workforce.

How we do it

We understand what a successful HR function looks like and can replicate the necessary business processes and practices within your organisation by working as a collaborative partner.
While most of our clients prefer to use our services on a retained basis, we are also able to assist on discrete projects, should you require.

You’ll find our team is flexible and approachable: we don’t have a call centre so we’re always within direct reach, and we can visit your premises when an onsite meeting or presence is beneficial.
