Peter Taylor
A senior HR generalist with over 15 years’ blue-chip international experience leading teams of HR professionals and working as a business partner. Prior to founding THRS, Peter held positions at EDS, Computacenter, Compaq, Sabre Holdings, Atos Origin and TomTom. Peter has recently supported Pegasystems and TIBCO with senior-level HR services and leadership. Peter’s core expertise includes:

Nicola Orr
An experienced project manager and HR consultant, Nicola is Managing Director and co-founder of THRS. Following a successful corporate career managing large-scale, multinational research projects at GfK, Netsurvey, TNS and Holden Pearmain, Nicola has spent the last 7 years working with business owners and managers to improve their HR practices and streamline their business processes. Edward Harding
Edward is an entrepreneurial and commercial leader with significant international experience, predominantly in the financial services sector. He has worked at board level since 2003 as CFO, COO and CEO. He founded his own chartered accountancy and management consultancy practice, Harding & Harding LLP, in 2007 and has advised on a number of complex, high profile transactions. Most recently, he has led the transformation of business processes and financial performance in interim assignments within finance, not-for-profit, healthcare and technology organisations. Wendy Keirle
Office Manager and HR co-ordinator, Wendy, is the hub of Taylor HR Solutions. She manages our marketing, corporate communications, business administration and associate contracts. Wendy’s background is in Business and Finance in the Travel and Tourism industry. She has worked in corporate travel and account management for a number of high-profile hotel chains on behalf of clients including GlaxoSmithKline and HSBC, which makes her adept at dealing with international blue-chip organisations. Hugh Terry
Hugh is an Associate at THRS, specialising in Health & Safety. He has 15 years’ experience in advising companies of all sizes, across diverse sectors, on health and safety matters. Hugh is a Technician Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), the Chartered body for Health & Safety Professionals, and an Associate of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).
