This UK subsidiary of a multinational oil & gas company has sales, customer service and operational roles that are very industry-specific and retaining technical expertise is critical.
The management board wanted to implement a more systematic approach towards compensation and career management in order to attract and retain the right people and to support the idea of deep functional expertise within the business.
Taylor HR Solutions successfully completed a 4-month project to create and deliver a bespoke framework for compensation, performance assessment and career progression. The new framework had to integrate fully with the existing performance management processes.
